I am a graduate of the College of Culinary Arts at Johnson & Wales, graduating at the top of my class in 2006 with an associate degree in Culinary Arts. Right after graduation, I created The Culinary Connection, with the vision of "sharing the expertise in food and wine to make your home a magical place."
Before going to culinary school, I worked for Pfizer in pharmaceutical sales. I graduated from The University of North Carolina in 1995 with a degree in biology and sports medicine. Go Heels!
I've done cooking sessions in many homes throughout the Southeast- North Carolina, South Carolina, Georgia and Florida. I performed in-store cooking demonstrations at Sur La Table at SouthPark Mall in Charlotte. Being a foodie, you are certainly familiar with Caymus wines. I've had the privilege of cooking for Chuck Wagner, owner and winemaker of Caymus Vineyards. He actually ate dinner in my kitchen!
